I work as a Creative Account Director with Mediafly's Presentify team helping sales teams redefine and restrategize their content for more effective sale leads.

Oversee all internal and external Brand and Communication efforts across Softcom's flagship brands (Eyowo & Kwiksell) including media and PR partnerships.

Head the brand and creative team and oversee all storytelling, communication and PR efforts (internal and external communication/PR, brand & content strategy, cinematography, design, photography, animation) across all Softcom's products (Eyowo, Kwiksell, Usepass, Useforms) and the overall brand.

Led the content and media team in supporting learning and development for Andela engineers through the production of content across 6 verticals (web series, video tutorials, podcasts, newsletters, blogposts and visual design) - which was instrumental in raising Andela's $100 million Series D round.
Collaborated with marketing in devising strategies that increased quality and quantity of technical talent hired into the company.

OS Media Productions is a boutique brand and media agency focused on brand strategy, brand development and brand storytelling for growth. Clients include UBA Bank, Access Bank, Stanbic Bank, Tix.Africa, Spleet Africa, EatDrinkLagos,  Femme Africa, Shaaré, Lagos state government, etc.

Defined and executed the look and sound of all TV shows and technical standards, increasing engagement ratings by 20%.
Ensured all productions stayed within the time and budget provided and reduced the cost of production by 35%.
Drew up and monitored budgets, hired all key crew, and sourced shoot locations and filming equipment.

Directed and supervised a 45-man cast and crew across key film departments.
Refined promotion strategies which amassed over 8 million views for the “This Is It” web series.
Achieved 1 award and 4 nominations for “Best Television Series” at the 2018 Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA).

Analysed shooting scripts into shot-by-shot storyboards, determined shoot order and scene lengths,  boosting production efficiency by 25%. 
Prepared script breakdowns, shooting schedules and daily call sheets reducing shoot time by 10%.
