Acted in a senior leadership role, my main responsibilities were orchestration of the research lines, management of the key clients, strategic direction of the projects and making sure of the quality of the outputs and continuous improvement of processes.

- Set creative, strategic direction of projects in collaboration with the key clients, lead planning, scoping and pitching phases of the projects and reviewed, improved definitions of the research quality and deliverables. 
- Owned the continuous improvement of the research processes, tools, methodologies and designed frameworks, guidelines for the remote research processes and mixed method studies. Led, executed 30+ remote CX, UX Research projects, especially in finance.
- Developed a new process for the recruitment of the research talents and supported it with the “UX Research Bootcamp” which is a fundamental level UX Research training. Managed applications, conducted job candidate interviews, provided mentorship, guidance to junior research team members and other members of the studio.
- Defined, implemented success metrics and key performance indicators for the facilitation of the research processes. Improved the measurable definitions of the research quality and deliverables.

My main two responsibilities were development of existing services, research processes, scaling team practices and management of key clients, execution of the usability studies with a team of junior researchers. 

- Developed new services based on generative, evaluative research methods different from usability studies and reformed all research processes in a way that would answer emerging needs of the market and designed roadmaps, protocols to make the practices more efficient and adaptation processes easier.
- Managed client relationships including project planning, budgeting, service agreements and defined strategies, contextual solutions, approaches for the new business proposals, creative brief processes and pitches. 
- Designed, provided  intermediate level UX Research training and conducted various workshops about management, facilitation of the research processes end to end.
- Conducted local and international exploratory,  evaluative research projects and mixed method studies across markets including Germany, UK, France, Turkey especially in financial services, retail, home appliances.

Started to work as a part of the design team with the UX Designer & Usability Specialist title which is updated later as UX Researcher. My main responsibility was executing usability studies and synthesizing insights which impact product decisions.

- Defined frameworks, guidelines and best practices for usability studies which was awarded from global institutions later. 
- Led and executed simultaneous projects that were successfully meet tight deadlines by collaborating closely with a range of stakeholders by functioned in every phases from moderation of the studies to translations of the data to insights.

I involved the product design, development phases as a project-based product designer/ design researcher, I helped to define opportunity spaces, explore contextual requirements in order to provide an intuitive and compelling narrative and the set of interactions for a kitchen design which was awarded by local, international institutions later.

A 1-month summer internship in the industrial design department of a global electronics and household appliances company which I experienced how product development processes are progressing in industry. We're responsible for designing connected kitchen appliances in context of smart solutions for future kitchens.

A 2 months summer internship in a product design studio which focuses on design projects for a variety of sectors including stand design, furniture, lighting, natural stone, high-speed train interior and construction elements industry. As an intern product designer, I have had the chance being a part the processed of product development projects from concept to realization.

As a project based designer, I helped  international artists to construct their installations, enabled them to execute their works by providing necessary facilities and make them familiar with different conditions and an environment they're not used to in 14th Istanbul Biennial.

A 3-months summer internship which focuses on developing branding strategies and designing visuals, concepts for the companies by considering brand identities and their marketing strategies. Responsible for the progression of an ideation process from concept to realization in different fields such as digital solutions, packaging and promotional videos.
