In my role as a Senior Product Designer at Broadcom, I spearheaded design initiatives for projects in the Canadian public sector and US healthcare corporations. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, I was able to create innovative solutions for the Canadian Army and Glucose reading biosensor device application that's proprietart to one of the US leading healthcare providers in San Francisco.

I am responsible for the end-to-end mobile design experience with huge emphasis on discovery and setting up insight strategy. Working regularly with SMEs, PMs as well as Front End Developers and QA Engineers.

Responsibilities:
- In charge of setting up qualitative insights strategies that led to conducting tens of in person interviews and collecting thousands of online survey insights and responses for various app features.
- Lead Designer on the mobile application and financial/business related tools. i.e Watchlist,
Investment Portfolios, Stock Alerts, Content Syndication. An effort that led to 28% increase in the financial tools engagement on the iOS app. 
- One of three designers who are building the Globe and Mail Design System, Caracal.
- Shipping end-to-end ready to develop designs that are currently live and used by +200k monthly registered readers.

During my four months contract at US Mobile, I shipped complete designs for the international roaming
Service, which later on constituted the corner stone for multiple integrations the US Mobile relied on to
land its first 4m VC funding.
Worked with multiple groups of stakeholders, front-end developers, back-end engineers to shape
the design initiatives, analysis, and high fidelity designs.

Coaching self-paced UI/UX Design students in which participants learn with the help of a curated curriculum and 1-1 guidance 

Guiding the students through multiple sprints that entail strong emphasis on UX Research and iterations. 

Provide mentorship in order to help the students walk through their Product Design journey and land their desired job

Consistently adding new concepts and brainstorming with the mentees to curate the best learning methods and help them develop their own unique approach

Delivered an extraordinary student learning experience that focuses on UX Research & Wireframing. 
Constantly worked on real-life scenarios that entail a wide range of digital experiences & mobile applications. 
Had the privilege to lead a classroom of 40 students & 33 client projects (3w sprint each)
Contributed to building and improving RED’s curriculum and to the constant improvement of the academic content.

- Contributed as one of the two lead designers who successfully shipped 15 mobile applications. 
Of which the company’s account on the App Store garnered 10+ million downloads, and just below 20%
retention rate.
- Multiple successful featuring for apps like Logoscopic, Vanillapen, and 1967, which lead to an acquisitionof the latter in 2018.

Park'N was a peer to peer parking app that helped parking owners in Los Angeles to list their available spots and rent them.

- Designed the end to end experience
- Faciliated the relationship between the 3rd party technical providers and Park'n Developers.
- Launched the app on both iOS and Android.

Retail Banking Officer:
- Managed the personal credit profile for more than 800 clients in 15 different multinational companies
such as Nestle, Vodafone, and British petroleum. 
- KPI’s analysis for credit cards loyalty programs, and personal loans
- Sold +600 credit cards & $1.7m loans.
