Cyrela is a real estate builder and developer. Within Cyrela's technology sector, I was responsible for the customer's first contact system with credit analysis and collection of documents for the purchase of their property.

Responsibilities:
-Research and map pain and bring proposals for solutions;
-Develop design system;
-Prototyping solutions in high fidelity;
-Test solution hypotheses with users;
-Dialogue with customers, stakeholders, developers to mediate decisions;
-Prioritize and write user stories and backlog.

I was responsible for increasing the efficiency of the credit analysis team by up to 10% in 3 months of design work.

I worked on two ERP software projects, one for doctors' offices and telemedicine, and the other for schools and online courses.
