Hi, I'm Oumaima, I have over a decade of experience in Tech. I'm currently a Leadership Coach, AI Strategy Advisor, and Founder of The Human × Tech.
I built my career across engineering, product, and Responsible AI at Microsoft, Siemens, and Air France-KLM. I have since coached 400+ professionals through career transitions, advised 50+ startups globally, and spoken on 50+ stages. I was recognized a a Top 1% Techstars Startup Mentor and also lead The AI Collective across Africa, MENA, and Francophone markets.
