I am responsible for the company's end-to-end business operations in Nigeria as well as resource managementGrowing active marketshare and increasing revenue through Merchant Acquisition,Merchant Retention, Accounts Management, with Customer Service Management. I manage operational activities associated with business development and sales management across all verticals. Ensure and foster professional relationships with partners and regulatory bodies in Nigeria I am responsible for the company's end-to-end business operations in Nigeria as well as resource management

My primary responsibility is to achieve, develop, and lead the implementation of the SME Segment strategy in line with the organization's goals. I am responsible for driving sustainable growth through the creation, development, and maintenance of high-quality advisory relationships with SMEs.

•	Profitability of market usage on all recharges (ERC and RCV) denominations with CP, sub CP, and retail points. Also expansion of retail distribution to enhance reachability of every customer within the area of assigned.
•	Management of direct activation of QGAD through teams and CP bus activation activities within my area with KYC optimization and productivity also with focus on SONA.
•	Through QGAD improve revenue generating activities on data and voice while drive initiatives in assigned area to encourage usage on assigned BTSs.
•	Developing workable and measurable initiatives to eliminate CLS and improve ROI on all assigned BTSs. Also ensure optimization of the BTSs on constant engagement with the ZTO.
•	Effectively ensuring that other competition market insight are understood and interpreted with the aim of ensuring all impacting KPIs are isolated from the competition initiatives by liaising with the Marketing team and other stakeholders.

•	Process Channel Partners Sales Order on TABS/DRMS/ PAYDIRECT Applications.
•	Liaising with all stakeholders to ensure CPs Orders override and invoicing issued within agreed TAT.
•	Work towards achievement of sales and revenue target through effective Channel Partner Sales ordering & invoicing management.
•	Ensure the confirmation and Receipt of products on TABS/ DRMS warehouses.
•	Ensure Electronic Pins are sent to Channel Partners after receipt within the agreed TAT.
•	Channel Partner Relationship Management.
•	Approve all Channel Partners Orders raised to designated DRMs Warehouses.
•	Create and Resolve Electronic Recharge related issues across the regions.
•	Support the field Sales on ERC agents, retailers new request registration and commission upload for MIT, sub-channel Partners on Pretups Application.
. Sales flash –Weekly Monitoring/communication of sales trend nation-wide CP transactions to sales management.
. 8.	Weekly and Monthly Regional Sales Order analysis to the ABMs ZBM, RODs.
  9.   Responsible for Sales Ordering of West Region(West Central, West-West)-Osun, Oyo, Akure, Ekiti and Ilorin field sales target.
