About Oxana Tamas

Mindful Multidisciplinary Designer at Self-employed

Hello, I'm Oxana! I’m a multi-disciplinary designer with over 7 years of experience, passionate about putting ethics at the heart of design. My journey has taken me from marketing agencies to London’s tech scene, where I helped shape two successful SaaS products—Credit Passport (fintech) and Birdie Care (agetech). Beyond designing, I focused on building cultures of thoughtful, impactful design within teams.

Now, back in my small town, my mission is to make design accessible to small businesses, startups, and communities that care about genuine, ethical collaboration. As a mentor, I can help you:

🌟 General Mentorship – You set the topic! Career growth, portfolio reviews, design challenges—whatever you need.

🧘 Mindful Design – Learn how to embed ethics and intention into your design process.

💡 Being a Woman in Tech – Navigate challenges, build confidence, and find your voice.

🏡 Thriving as a Remote Designer – Stay connected, set boundaries, and make remote work fulfilling.

🌍 Designing from Small Places, Making a Big Impact – Overcome challenges and find opportunities beyond big tech hubs.

Book a session—I’d love to chat! 😊
