I focus on the Web platform, encompassing both desktop and mobile, within the catalog area.
I'm mainly working on multiple redesign projects, from inception to launch, which involved comprehensive initial research, a deep understanding of crucial business and user behavioral metrics, prototyping, usability testing. It's truly satisfying to witness these features in production, knowing they enhance the user experience and meet business objectives. Along with that I also collaborate closely with the content marketing team to drive shop engagement.
I'm also supporting with Design System organisation, hiring, and improving design processes.
