Responsible of design for several high profile clients such as Telstra, Woolworths, Westpac, StGeorge and Chris O'Brien Lifehouse.
Part of the design team for clients such as YHA, Foxtel and Sydney Opera House.

Highlights:
Led a service design project from blue sky product concept to functional prototyping for 7 digital channels across mobile apps and web environments.
Conducted stakeholder research, user workshops and co-design workshops to produce the value proposition, brand principles and early concepts for an emerging product division.
Created and user-validated product acquisition channel designs for web and mobile platforms.
Conducted research and analysis to evaluate the strategic and tactical challenges and opportunities of an organization.
Acted as subject matter expert in the writing of client proposals and sales meetings.

Provided value as a Front End developer for clients such as YHA, RAMS and Sydney Opera House at the beginning of the engagement.

Developed a highly interactive engagement web feature for Zurich Ezicover (http://www.zurich.com.au/). This feature was standards compliant, semantic and iPad/iPhone ready.

Part of the team that redesigned the new Zurich Ezicover web user experience, information architecture and look & feel

Developed the structure, style and behaviour (front-end) for such project.

Performed an Expert Evaluation on the Advisor Finder tool for the DIISR.

Facilitated User Testing sessions for the Advisor Finder tool.

Produced and documented IA and UI designs for a NSW university
