Hi, I'm Pacha! I'm currently a freelance UX researcher helping start-ups to manifest a user-centric mindset and build up research practices.

Before transitioning to the freelance route, I had worked in the cybersecurity industry for over 9+ years in B2B UX research. Dealing with complexity and sophisticated technologies always intrigues me. I believe research is all about the craft of inquiry, and only when the inquiry coming from the deepest curiosity about humans and technology, it could make an impact on the world.

I specialize in global B2B UX research, AI, machine learning, IoT, cybersecurity domains, and creative research. I'm happy to coach others for doing UX research in complex technical domains or B2B environment, or creativity in research.
