👋 Hi there! I’m Padmaja Amin, a Senior Product Designer (also a design systems nerd) passionate about turning complex ideas into intuitive, user-centered designs. Over the years, I’ve worked with incredible teams at IQM, Delbird, Autoreview, SocialPilot, Newnorm, and beyond, helping bridge the gap between user needs, business goals, and product strategy.

💼 My work spans the full design spectrum—from analyzing product requirements and conducting competitive research to building high-level wireframes, creating scalable design systems, and overseeing the entire design-to-development handoff. I collaborate closely with teams across Product, Development, QA, Marketing, and more to drive growth and deliver polished, cohesive experiences.

✨ As a big believer in design’s impact, I host design thinking workshops with my peeps, to help students and professionals tap into empathy and user-centered approaches. And on the last Friday of every month, you’ll find me leading Evolve Fridays—a virtual meet-up that’s grown into a community where designers come together to share ideas, insights, and a few laughs. It’s all about learning, connecting, and giving back to the design community.
