In my role as an Associate Course Director at Anglia Ruskin University, I ensured the academic quality and smooth delivery of Business Management programs. Collaborating closely with faculty, I aligned the curriculum with industry standards, coordinated course schedules, supported students, and ensured assessments met required standards. Additionally, I contributed to strategic program development and organized events to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.

As a guest lecturer, I had the privilege of imparting knowledge to students pursuing various disciplines, including Master's students in Brand Management, Master's students in IMC Campaigns, and undergraduate students in Marketing courses. These teaching sessions provided valuable insights and practical skills tailored to each group's academic level and field of study. It was a rewarding experience to engage with students from diverse backgrounds and share expertise in areas such as brand management, integrated marketing communication strategies, and marketing principles. Through interactive lectures and discussions, I aimed to inspire and empower students to excel in their academic and professional endeavours.

As the Communications & Website Coordinator, my primary focus is on creating a Brand Identity and developing new services for ARUCPD to enhance all touchpoints and communications. This involves conducting comprehensive market research to inform strategic decisions. Additionally, I am responsible for enhancing the user experience (UX) of the website, ensuring that it effectively engages our target audience, and meticulously analysing competitors.

Alongside these tasks, I cerate content for various platforms, collaborate on social media campaigns, and manage content strategy and production processes.

Overall, my role is crucial in shaping the brand identity, improving website UX, and implementing effective communication strategies to promote the Faculty's objectives.
