I manage the User Research team at Affirm. Prior to this, I managed the Growth Research team at Dropbox. I previously created strategic research projects at Medium and was the first User Researcher at Weight Watchers, where I built out a research practice. I began my career as a tv news reporter before moving to the Middle East to conduct field research in the Gulf.
