Senior UX Researcher at Healthgrades
Hi!
Currently, I am building the UXR practice at Healthgrades and acting as a mini-agency serving 4 squads (4 PMs, 4 UX Designers and 1 Content Designer). As a solo UXR, I am responsible for conducting high impact generative for the website that helps inform product decisions and strategic roadmaps. I’m also responsible for training Designers and PWDR across the org in evaluative research best practices, setting annual and quarterly roadmaps for research, running collaborative workshops, and managing all ResOps duties that make my research happen (panel development and management, HIPAA compliance, scheduling, participant communications strategy and execution, incentive fulfillment, etc.)
I'm NNG Master UX certified and was recently named one of 36 "active UX leaders to follow on LinkedIn" by www.userinterviews.com. I am an experienced qualitative UX researcher with a background in anthropology, community-based participatory action research, design thinking and working collaboratively/building relationships with stakeholders across the business. I have a special interest in participatory research and trauma informed design research processes.
Please check out my LinkedIn profile for more information about my work and background!
“Paige has a lovely balance of giving concrete feedback and suggestions but also going with the flow of conversation, as well as giving detailed examples from her own career highs and lows. She is also skilled at listening to your individual circumstances and aiming to understand your journey.”
“I had a great session with Paige! She shared very relevant examples from her past experiences that helped me learn quickly! We are also in similar work situations, so we face many of the same challenges. Highly recommend talking to Paige!”
“Paige was such a great resource as I headed into my new role. We dove right into the challenges I was anticipating and brainstormed solutions together. She brought a wealth of experience to the session and there was nothing I felt I couldn't approach her with. Thank you!”
