I’m Pam Roque (roh-keh), a full-stack product and design leader based in NYC currently building at the intersection of healthtech, care delivery, and human-centered systems. Over the past 10+ years, I’ve worked across UX/UI design, UX research, product management, and front-end web development for consumer and B2B2C platforms. I bring a rare hybrid of product, design, front-end development, and accessibility thinking, which shapes how I approach both the big picture and the details that make products truly usable in the real world.
At the core of how I build is a simple belief: it's not enough for products and services to be exceptional—they should also drive social impact and responsibility.
