Hello, I’m Huiyan, a marketing leader with 13+ years of experience in brand marketing, communications, e-commerce platform marketing and analytics. Based in Singapore, I currently head up the Regional Marketing team in a leading E-commerce platform. I have also led marketing departments in Malaysia and the Philippines to drive impactful marketing strategies. I'm grateful to have had the opportunity of managing diverse teams in varying cultures and sizes, from small nimble teams fewer than 10 members to 300-strong departments.

Previously, I launched and scaled the Asia business of a global content marketing agency, collaborating with brands across FMCG, travel, and tech to deliver impactful campaigns. My work also offered growth opportunities for content creators.

Within my organizations, I’ve guided mentees to grow their skills and confidence, and I’m excited to extend that support to others, while learning from new mentees as well.
