Hi! My name is Pandit and I'm currently working as an Engineering Manager at NewDay Technology in London, UK. I have other 12 years of experience in the Fintech industry and I've progressed through the different ranks going from Individual Contributor (Engineer, Senior Engineer) into more leadership roles like Lead Engineer and my current role as an Engineering Manager.

I have lead teams of up to 6 engineers as a Lead Engineer and have now a department of 35 engineers in total as an Engineering Manager. I have overseen multiple large scale projects from start to finish with the correct frameworks and processes in place.

My work focuses on: • Distributed systems and event-driven architecture • Domain-driven design (DDD) • System design and scalability • Engineering leadership and team growth
