Hi, I’m Pankaj, a data and cloud transformation leader with 17+ years of experience. I’ve led major initiatives in the Property & Casualty insurance space, working with business, technology, and strategy teams to deliver impactful solutions.
My expertise spans data strategy, governance, cloud modernization, and technical transformation roadmaps, with a strong focus on data-driven modernization and identifying and building Generative AI use cases that create measurable business value. I have also led large-scale data migrations, developed reporting frameworks, and implemented automation accelerators that improved compliance, efficiency, and decision-making.
Beyond client work, I am passionate about mentoring and giving back to the professional community. I am an active member of NAIFA Dallas and DAMA Houston. I also guide students and professionals in building strong technical portfolios, writing research papers, and pursuing publications in top conferences and journals such as IEEE and Springer.
