Graduated in Fashion Designer with extensive experience in the area, and solid career shift to Technology, working in the Product Management area and leading technology teams for over 8 years. Since my the career shift, I've worked with different companies and developing different products (from hardwares to softwares), since durable consumer goods, from Fintech to Digital Real Estate.
With a creative soul and restless mind, I dedicate myself to getting to know the user's needs in depth, identifying trends and solving problems. I value the agile approach, putting the user at the center of all development, encouraging an experimentation and data driven cultures, contributing to companies in order to solve problems and generate positive impacts.
My purpose is all about people!! I create collaborative environments with high emotional security, great dedication to the development of high performance people and product teams. I believe in transparency, partnership and mutual learning. Nowadays I'm a Group Product Manager at Quinto Andar, leading the product vision in a Brand Service Line.
