- Improve the courier process by reducing the average time of dropping off from 2 minutes to 15 seconds per parcel, through usability tests and prototyping  in order to redesign the user journey, using Figma.
- Interview with more than 25 people and recruit and manage 3 new employees in order to expand the design team.
- Balanced multiple priorities, updating stakeholders on the progress and expected delivery on Jira which resulted in achieving 90% of the roadmap OKRs, also documented project development information on Confluence. Also, report to C-levels and board members on the WBR meetings on project processes.

- Collaborated with the design team to extend our design system by defining multiple variants of components such as Call to Actions (CTA), fields and chips.
- Improved experience of using filters by defining monitoring metrics such as average time spent in filters page in Metabase dashboards with the help of the BI team which reduced by 10% and increased the rate of selected products by 5%.
- Increased the average number of users by introducing the new map feature through onboarding steps to improve product findability on the app from 9% to 20%.

- Designed and maintained a financial panel design system for the company’s clients using Adobe XD.
- Designed features such as paying bills and a credit wallet to buy from vendors causing the average user transaction increasing from 17% to 28%. 
- Improved the rate of successful login to a mega application with more than 6 million users, from 35% to 70% through changing the user journey for registration using Google Analytics (GA) and Heat Maps.
