Working cross-functionally

I focus on the supply side of the business, which involves developing the best tools for our internal Ops and external partners.
AI and automation are the tools we use to lower the amount of manual and repetitive work and let our colleagues focus on what really matters: human interactions and relationships

As a Senior Product Manager, I’m responsible end-to-end for the development of our Driver App. Through strong communication campaigns and the implementation of new features, we have increased app adoption rates. By collaborating with the Sr. designer and Tech Lead in the Product Trio setup, I have been able to align the team's goals with company objectives. My approach includes weekly customer interviews to obtain feedback that informs product improvements. I also participate in the product marketing strategy and create content for both internal stakeholders and customers to keep them informed about new functionalities and products.
Key achievements:

- End-to-end development of Driver App
- Increase app adoption through communication campaigns and new feature implementation
- Strong collaboration with design and tech in the Product Trio setup
- Conduct weekly customer interviews to gather feedback for product improvement based on the Continuous Discovery Habits framework
- Strengthen collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Create content for internal stakeholders and customers to inform them about new functionalities and products

I was very lucky throughout my career to always find experienced people willing to share their experience and coach or mentor me, this is invaluable when it comes to career progression and stepping up your game.
That's why I decided to give back and support anyone willing to get into product management and make their first step in this world.
