Senior Product Designer at Verizon

I'm a Senior Product Designer with about 10 years in consumer product design, mostly e-commerce, retail, and telecom. Right now I'm at Verizon working on Straight Talk's platform migration. Before that I led design on KFC's digital ordering flow and a full e-commerce redesign for SeneGence. Most of my work lives in the moment someone's deciding whether to buy, renew, or trust a company with their money, and how to make that decision less confusing.

I'm looking to become a mentor because I started out in this field with no direction, no structure, and a vague "visual designer" title that didn't tell me much. It took me a while to figure out what skills companies were actually looking for and how to build them. I want to be that guide for someone who is stuck and just needs someone to help point them in the right direction.
