Looped started as a side project creating a real estate analysis tool but quickly became a disruptive SaaS product. They aimed to create a highly contextual property search that expands how individuals search for their next home.

Looped combined traditional data points like price, number of rooms, and dwelling size with qualitative data. Traditional metrics mixed with area scores based on cafes, restaurants, entertainment, school ratings, green space, commute times, and 20+ other lifestyle characteristics. This data could be compared at the street, neighborhood, borough, city, or region level, giving unparalleled insights into the best fit for the user's next home or investment.

Production reached beta with B2C and B2B (investor grade data) portals, but property data collection contracts and pricing killed the business model.
