Leading user experience for a contract intelligence platform incorporating artificial intelligence, machine learning, and integration into multiple external systems and Open AI technology..

- Managed redesign of the application. Within 90 days, there was a 43 percent boost in user engagement.
- Leading design of Document X-Ray, artificial intelligence extraction and generative AI tools using Open AI. This feature led to significant revenue expansion.
- Leading design of Conversational AI, artificial intelligence search within a single document.

Led user experience for a contract analysis platform incorporating artificial intelligence and machine learning.

- Led design including integrated analytics, contract family analysis, improved search, and internal artificial intelligence extraction tools.
- Designed Family Composition, allowing evaluation of contract relationships holistically. Lead to PayPal, Aetna, Twillio sales and Dell deal expansion. Patent Pending.
- Knowable named winner of Judge’s and Professional’s Choice Awards at LegalWeek, and WorldCC CEO Future 2025 Award for Realizing the Unimaginable.

Led user experience and front-end engineering efforts for iCertis, a contract lifecycle management platform. The platform is used by companies like Microsoft, Daimler and other Fortune 5000 organizations. 

- Scaled team by recruiting new and consolidating existing resources in both the United States and India. Team includes both designers and engineers acting as design technologists.
- Led the design of a Google specific portal called NDA Central, a custom application that extends the reach of the platform to 80,000 Google employees.
- Led the design of Sourcing, a supply chain management solution developed for Daimler that contributed to closing multi-million dollar deals with Boeing, Airbus and other organizations.
- Designed NegotiateAI, a Word Add-In that allows legal reviewers to import and review contracts up to 80 percent faster using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to parse content.
- Contributed to a new product direction known as Experiences, which includes deep integration into other platforms like Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Dynamics, and Salesforce.-
- Led initial refactor of the user interface to be responsive and meet accessibility requirements.

Led a 10-week part-time course designed to teach working professionals the core skill sets of user experience design.

- Taught seven 10-week cohorts
- Average Net Promoter Score of 75 over 6 sessions
- Over 75 percent of students have transitioned to user experience

Led product design for Apptio, a Big Data analytics platform that helps companies understand their information technology spend to make more strategic investments. The applications are used by companies like Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, Walmart, Exxon, and 250 other customers. 

- Transformed the team from a design and implementation team to a research and design team
- Established quantitative data collection processes to better understand usage patterns, and influenced organization to become a usage-based culture
- Led the release of Data Visualization Guidelines that enables Apptio consultants and customers to more effectively create insights. Became part of the Apptio Certification Program.
- led the consolidation of the information architecture for five separate applications into one product suite

Company did not receive Series B funding.

Led the product design for nPario, a Big Data web and marketing analytics platform used by companies like Electronic Arts, Yahoo and WPP Digital. Performed user research and examined current implementations. 

- Performed a redesign of the platform focused on responsive design principles
- Built an interactive prototype for use in demonstrations to clients

Established a user experience team and process for Jobvite, an applicant tracking system used by over 1300 customers like AirBnB, Twitter, Square, Yammer, LinkedIn, Spotify, Yelp, Zappos, Pinterest, Flipboard and Starbucks. Performed user research and examined current implementations. 

- Led the redesign of a large-scale SaaS application focused on tablet and Windows 8 principles
- Led the design of a Facebook employee referral and job application
- Recruited 6 resources into Jobvite for User Experience, Marketing and Creative Services roles
- Jobvite selected as winner of Bersin by Deloitte WhatWorks Award and  Webby People’s Choice Award in the employment category
- Customer base grew from 230 to 1150 customers

User Experience and Social Media envisioning for a next generation social media platform similar to Facebook Connect with additional communication channels. Created user scenarios and performed user research on how Facebook Connect and Messenger Connect can co-exist for leading websites.
