I’m a Product and Design leader with 16+ years of experience building products and AI platforms from zero to scale. As the co-founder and CPO of DeepHow, I lead the creation of an AI platform used by industrial companies to capture, transfer, and scale operational knowledge through video, AI, and workflow systems. I’ve worked very hands-on across product strategy, UX, AI experiences, and engineering leadership, helping grow the platform to support 100+ enterprise organizations while increasing ACV by 400% and reducing churn by 36%.

Before DeepHow, I spent several years at Siemens Research in the US leading innovation and product initiatives across healthcare, industrial, and wearable computing projects. I also participated in Techstars, Plug and Play, and the Startup Leadership Program (SLP), collaborating with founders, investors, and leaders from global organizations, which expanded my perspective on both startup execution and business strategy.

One of my biggest strengths is turning highly complex problems into clear and usable systems that people can understand, trust, and adopt. Throughout my career, I’ve led multidisciplinary teams of designers and engineers across multiple countries and time zones while balancing hands-on product work with leadership and organizational growth.

I’m especially passionate about zero-to-one products, AI product strategy, enterprise UX, and helping teams navigate ambiguity while building impactful products. I enjoy mentoring people growing into senior product, design, or leadership roles, especially those working on AI products, startups, enterprise software, or cross-functional challenges. I’m happy to help with topics like product thinking, portfolio and career growth, leadership, storytelling, UX strategy, stakeholder management, and bridging design, business, and technology into a cohesive product vision.
