With over 15 years of experience in engineering and new technologies and 20 years in management, I am first and foremost a facilitator of success for my teams. I have held many Director of People, Operations and Talent positions and thrive on supporting companies through rapid growth.

I lead the process and strategy development at an executive level and love collaborating with colleagues to deliver on our ambitious growth plans. I use data-driven and scalable recruitment methods that embrace diversity and encourage great hiring decisions. I also own every aspect of the people operations, from training and development to health and safety.

I am passionate about introducing and driving diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within businesses and have implemented many successful strategies.
