Built a team of 32 Product Designers for Thailand's largest bank. 

Design at SCB is much more than just delivery -- we uncover and lead our own strategic initiatives to drive ultimate value to the business and our customers. Generated a conservative 34M USD in extra digital sales and cost reduction in the first 12 months alone.

SCB Design works across all platforms and segments - from our Digital Banking platform for Retail customers, to various SME, Corporate and branch platforms. SCB is the pioneer in the Digital Banking space in Thailand. We are working to re-invent banking to be customer centric, effortless, and personal.

Built and lead a team of 14 UX Design and User Research professionals at Lazada across South East Asia. Lazada (Alibaba group) is Southeast Asia’s biggest e-commerce player valued at over 4.7B USD. Markets covered: Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam to Singapore.

Creating delightful responsive User Experiences for clients including Sony, Avis, Budget, Virgin Atlantic, Cunard, Saudi Aramco and Barratt Homes.

Worked client side for Rising Sun, Shpare (now Proleads.io) and Unboxed consulting on designing end-to-end user experience. Identifiying and creating compelling product strategies through service design. This includes identifying requirements through to user research, prototyping and user testing.

Worked client side as an IA consultant for global industry leader Smurfit Kappa global redesign of websites across EMEA markets.

Worked as an IA consultant for a european real estate giant Corio for the redesign of their retail websites across EMEA markets. In depth creation of  information architecture for the 
structuring of large volumes of data in a large CMS build.

Built my own boutique web design business, delivering HTML/CSS build as well as the design of websites for local clients. In the latter years, built and hosted my own small business offering custom PC builds, file hosting, video streaming and community services on the LAMP stack with customised versions of Mambo (later Joomla), phpBB, vsftpd running on a headless instance of Ubuntu VM.
