Helped spearhead the end-to-end redesign of our product line, collaborating with a third-party agency, whilst single-handedly managing the UX research and product ownership. My relentless focus on user testing and customer-centric design approach is making me the voice of our users and helped significantly optimize our product development process. I successfully led the conception and soft launch delivery of a developer API portal in a two months, demonstrating an unprecedented speed of execution challenge. This has not only elevated the user experience but also significantly boosted our operational efficiency, contributing to the company's success.

Solo designer on a multidisciplinary agile team that created a successful digital product that led to increased revenue by over 300+% in one year!

I engaged in user research, testing, leading brainstorming activities, front end user flows, high fidelity wireframes, working prototypes, and managed a design/style system with over 250 active components.

An involved designer, I have spent my time immersed in an agile project environment taking on high-level product development projects and conducting usability testing, building intricate digital products for a variety of business initiatives.

Selected highlights in this position include:
■ Demonstrated proficiency in navigating several product development product projects, one with core assets of an end-to-end digital experience with potential to go D2C.
■ Served as lead designer on the first agile-produced digital product from the Annuities Division.
■ Led business redesign of multiple internal interfaces that affect thousands of employees upon being brought in for case study work.

For over 9 years, I managed and created digital content that met consistent UX and Accessibility standards.

Selected highlights in this position include:
- Created and implemented multiple HTML and CSS designs including layouts and content templates for both internal and external facing websites.
- Led UX practices in partnership with cross functioning teams to deliver optimal user experiences across several different digital platforms
- Maintained constant "error free" presence in digital space by utilizing different CMS Systems, which included WCM and Vignette.

For five years, I helped design and distribute thousands of e-mail communications to financial professionals and customers, employing the latest inbound marketing techniques, as well as prevalent UX copy principles. 

I reported and analyzed the overall customer experience in concordance with marketing communications plans, making "on the ﬂy" tweaks and adjustments as needed. 

I also worked with multiple business lines and departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
