I have over 13 years of design experience across several disciplines and industries.

I currently lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of Product Designers, Usability Researchers, Brand Designers, Motion designers, and Content Strategists to deliver engaging experiences across all our platforms and touchpoints.

• Early - Mid Stage Design Career Coaching (30 min): I'm offering one-on-one coaching sessions for early- to mid-level designers who are serious about growing in their careers—no time wasters. Drawing from over 12 years of experience as a design leader, these sessions will focus on practical, no-fluff guidance around positioning yourself to land the best roles, sharpening both hard and soft skills, and navigating career growth with clarity and intention. It’s a direct, personalized conversation designed to help you stand out, make smarter career decisions, and move forward with confidence in the design industry.
• Mentorship Session (30 min): General mentorship
• Early & Mid-Career Design Mentorship (30 min): Think of this as a quick but powerful check-in. These one-off sessions are for early to mid-level designers who need a bit of clarity, feedback, or direction. Maybe you're trying to figure out your next move, struggling with your portfolio, or just need someone to bounce ideas off. We'll spend 30 to 45 minutes digging into your biggest challenge, unpacking it together, and leaving you with practical steps you can take right away. I’ve been there too, stuck, unsure, second-guessing. So in these sessions, I bring the lessons I've learned leading teams, hiring designers, and growing a design practice in the real world. It’s not fluff or theory. Just honest conversation, straight talk, and guidance you can actually use. Come with a question or a goal, and let’s figure it out together.
• Design Leadership Coaching (45 min): This one’s for designers who are ready to move from doing the work to leading the work. If you're thinking about stepping into a leadership role, or you’re already in one and want to do it well, this is for you. Over the course of four weeks, we'll meet once a week for about 45 minutes to walk through the shift from craft to leadership, how to think bigger, influence people, and build teams that do great work. I won’t just give you frameworks. I’ll share the real stuff I’ve learned from leading design in tech. It’s the kind of experience that doesn’t show up in textbooks: navigating tough org dynamics, building from scratch, getting buy-in, and staying grounded through it all.
