About Paul Smith
Product Designer at ex Amazon Web Services
Hey! I’m a UX designer with 23+ years of experience. I love mentoring designers to bring out their best thinking and unlock their potential!
I’ve spearheaded projects at Amazon, Pearson, and Harvard. My startup, Sonation, brought music practice to life with Cadenza, an AI-powered app that Apple named a “Best New App” in the US and twenty countries.
From founding an MIT AI Lab spinout to creating engaging digital experiences at Yale and Rockefeller University, I’ve always focused on making tech genuinely useful and fun.
