Hello everyone, My name is Paula, and I’m a Senior Product Designer with over seven years of experience across large companies and startups.
I hold a degree in Civil Engineering and a specialization in Strategic Design & Innovation. What I enjoy most about my work is connecting business challenges with practical solutions through design.
Throughout my career, I have worked with multidisciplinary teams and facilitated complex discussions. Those experiences taught me how to navigate different perspectives, create alignment, and build trust while working toward a common goal.
I'm applying to become a mentor because I see it as an opportunity to develop my coaching and leadership skills while helping others in their professional journeys. I also believe mentorship is a two-way exchange; some of the most valuable lessons in my career have come from conversations with people who brought different experiences and viewpoints.
