Excited to step into the role of Senior Manager Strategy & Business Excellence within Bristol Myers Squibb's External Manufacturing Business Unit. Leading global initiatives in Engagement, Communications, Change Management, OpEx, Continuous Improvement, and People Strategy. Focused on elevating communication practices for awareness, business performance, and organizational culture. Responsibilities include spearheading Engagement & Communications, People Strategy, and Change Management efforts, supporting Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement.

o	Developed and implemented a project-based working system with workflow automation (i.e., ServiceNow, SharePoint), designed a new cloud-based data repository for HQ teams (i.e., MS Teams, SharePoint). 
o	Built and led a high-performing agile operations team of 34 professionals working remotely in different geographies and providing support to the business on legal and regulatory developments globally.
o	Implemented for the first time functional OKRs (Objective & Key Results), facilitating leadership to agree on a common framework for strategic prioritization of projects in full alignment with business objectives.
o	Led change management for HQ teams (c. 110 people) driving the adoption of an agile and continuous improvement culture, coaching and training teams on new behaviours and skills, increasing team’s performance and transparency.

o	Led and executed a cultural and digital technology transformation program for the Corporate Affairs & Communications global function (c. 600 FTEs), resulting in a 6% reduction in overhead costs (several MM$) through organizational design re-engineering, process optimization and automation, agility, and shared business services.

o	Managed business intelligence and investor relations initiatives, conducting competitive and industry research, building financial models, and providing strategic insights to executive leadership.
o	Developed CEO's and investor relations materials for key events, effectively communicating the company's strategy, performance, and outlook.

o	Led monitoring of legal and regulatory developments, elaborated, and executed public and government affairs strategies in EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, minimizing regulatory risks, and maximizing reputation and business opportunity.
o	Acted as spokesperson and built strong relationships with external stakeholders in the global travel retail environment, contributing to several Top Supplier awards.
o	Supported the launch of numerous marketing initiatives (including activation lounges at several international airports), including adaptation of product portfolios to regulatory changes.

o	Managed the legal and commercial matters of a private portfolio of real estate assets, including contract negotiation, administration, and taxes. 
o	Negotiated debt recovery and executed mortgages for a national bank.

I organized the operations (opening of new dossiers, inspections and follow up) of a department in charge of granting licenses and inspecting health (e.g. hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation facilities) and people care facilities (kindergarden, elderly homes)

Drafted preliminary resolutions to dossiers initiated by consumers against companies, and concerning breaches to the Consumer Protection Law.
