I’m Paula; I have 19 years of consulting experience and 7 years of experience from tech. I focused on both more traditional systems integration programs during my consulting career, as well as on unique initiatives to build start ups or to use technology to solve some of the big issues we have in the world related to education, access to banking services, and healthcare. In tech I have led IT programs, managed teams of program managers in both IT and engineering, developed PMO processes, and worked on launching new products under IT, Product & Engineering and in Customer Success. I was a career counselor in consulting for many years, and I have managed people for most of my tech career.
