Service Designer | UX Researcher | Strategic Design at Freelancer
I am a UX Researcher with eight years of experience investigating complex problems and transforming insights into opportunities for products, services, and businesses. I work at the intersection of UX Research, Service Design, and Strategic Design, helping cross-functional teams make evidence-based decisions through a deep understanding of user needs.
I have extensive experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research, planning and facilitating innovation and co-creation workshops, and synthesizing research findings to inform product strategy while aligning user, business, and technology perspectives. My goal is to reduce uncertainty, generate actionable insights, and contribute to solutions that create meaningful value for both people and organizations. Throughout my career, I have worked on projects for companies such as Grupo Boticário and Bradesco Seguros, as well as serving as a consultant at Kyvo, where I developed initiatives across a variety of industries, including financial services and agribusiness. This breadth of experience has strengthened my ability to adapt quickly and navigate challenges of varying levels of complexity.
I hold postgraduate degrees in User-Centered Design and Cultural Anthropology, an academic background that broadens my perspective on human behavior, social context, and culture. This foundation complements my work in research and strategy with an analytical, human-centered approach.
“Paula was very kind, patient, and professional throughout our session. She took the time to understand my career goals and gave me thoughtful guidance about exploring a career in tech and building a clear career path. I particularly appreciated her encouragement and willingness to continue supporting me beyond the session by sharing useful learning resources.”
