Hello, how are you doing? I'm Paula, the Director of Experience and Strategy at NewFuture and a Professor at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (UC), where I teach in the Advanced Design Master's program, the MBA program, and undergraduate courses in the Design School and the Sustainable Development Institute. I have co-authored publications in design journals, including the Touchpoint Service Design Network Journal, featuring articles such as "Ensuring Future-Proof Organisations: A Strategy for the Future Through Design" and "Speculative Labs: Shaping Future Management Practices Through Collaborative Scenario Experimentation". I developed the Design for Innovation Method, a framework applied across the private, public, and academic sectors and in university courses. Over the years, I have collaborated with organisations across Chile, Latin America, and internationally, leading projects on customer experience, employee experience, strategic planning, and radical innovation. My approach emphasises integrating theory with practice, fostering stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring that designs lead to actionable and impactful outcomes.
