Lead UX researcher @Zendesk, previously @Shopify Listening to others’ stories is both my passion and my trade. Prior to becoming a UXer, I worked as a strategic planner for Fortune 500 companies helping them tell the most compelling stories in their communication. Eight years ago I decided to move from writing stories to making them a reality through the power of design. UX and UX research has been my home ever since. I am happy to talk about tips for a successful transition to a career in UX and UX research, conducting research as a UX designer and providing feedback on your portfolio.
