Hi, I'm Paulo, and I thrive on sharing the knowledge I have acquired (and continue to!) for over 25 years as a professional designer. Throughout my career, I have been given the opportunity to explore the breadth and depth of many different competencies (UX/CX/UI/IxD, engineering, data analytics, creative technology, business strategy, stakeholder management, etc.) that kept adding value to my skill set. Having learned a lot through both successes and failures, I believe I can help fellow up-and-coming designers leapfrog their careers through the development of both hard and soft skills.
