Currently as a Software Engineer Specialist II, my main attributions are summarized as a Staff Engineering, Strategical Engineering Squads, multidisciplinary teams, mentoring of team members seeking growth, promoting engagement and empowering them over engineering projects. Scale applications to support the volume of business growth, mitigate risks and identify opportunities for improvement, cost reductions, reliability for platforms and other strategical initiatives, while giving teams space and confidence to act autonomously.

Software Engineer Specialist, working in engineering teams to promote performance, scalability and resilience in mobile App PagBank digital bank platform (finthec). On pemises and Cloud based environment with technologies like Spring Boot, Redis, Postgresql, Serverless, Amazon AWS, Docker and Kubernetes. Kafka, Newrelic, Newrelic Insights, ELK, Zabbix and many tools for monitoring and failure prevention. Planning and running performance and resiliency tests are some of my responsibilities, as well as developing solutions that improve performance and resilience of platform components.

Mitigating riscs and discovering bottlenecks which could impact business grow or degrade in unexpected situations like high load or cloud infrastructure issues and third party systems as a platform dependencies. Planning and running performance and resiliency tests are some of my responsibilities, as well as developing solutions that improve performance and resilience of platform components.

Technical leader in squads of developers in e-commerce platform. Performance enhancements, resiliency and reliability of critical flow components such as Display and Product Catalog, Search and Indexing System, SEO optimizations, CDN Cache mechanisms and integrations with marketplace partner APIs. Using technologies such as NodeJs, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Kafka Streams, Rest APIs, MongoDB, Elastic Search, Junit, Jmeter for performance tests, Maven and Jenkins for continuous delivery.

OMS - Order Management System (now):
Technical Leader, development of functionalities to support business requirements for ordering items in an online store such as Place Ordering and Order workflow and their integrations, with many other systems such as inventory management, risk analysis, payment gateways and core concerns about performance, fault tolerance and all others non-functional requirements of the system.
