About Pavel Gospodinov

UX Team Lead at World Bank Group

Hi, I'm Pavel a creative with more than 6 years of experience as a UX Consultant for enterprise projects. My journey began in front-end development and graphic design. I founded a small company for website services a few years ago, where we worked with clients from various industries. Apart from all said so far, I started by career journey as a Lego Mindstorms robotics tutor, which was a lot of fun. This helped me to realise how passionate I am for sharing knowledge and helping individuals reach their goals. Few years later I became a Team Leader of the Web Design department in my former company, where I further proved myself my love for mentorship and leading people. Beyond the screen, my creative spirit finds piece in producing music.

What mentees say

β€œPavel is a truly inspiring mentor! He helped me understand what UX design really is - not just as a process, but as a way of thinking! Thanks to him, I realized what the content of a project should look like and what meaning should carry. What I appreciated most is that he never gave me ready-made answers, his approach leaves a touch of mystery that challenges you to think for yourself.”

Tonika, Student at Coursera

β€œPavel gave me some very insightful advice that I will be using in my career as a designer! He's a great communicator and gives valuable feedback. I'd definitely recommend him to any type of designer professional.”

Yoanna Duleva, UX/UI Designer at UDIMA

β€œI couldn't be more grateful for the incredible resource Pavel has been. His genuine commitment to my growth was evident from the very beginning. He created a supportive environment and often extended our sessions to ensure every single question I had was addressed, patiently breaking down complex concepts until I fully understood them.”

Bogdan Simina, Aspiring UX/UI designer at UVT Timisoara
