• Understanding Designers for PM's (30 min): In this session I'll help you to foster healthy and effective workflow with designers, built a trust, transparency and keep designers challenged. As result, you will: - Understand Product Design, Product Designers, the range of skills they bring to the table and why they work the way they do; - Learn time-tested practices for assessing, building, and improving the relationships with your design partners - Explore techniques to set context, prioritise goals, run projects and provide feedback to Designers, supercharging your partnership for great results
• General mentorship (30 min): General mentorship talk. Let's catchup on managing burnouts, imposter syndrome, and overall what's bothering you the most in the world of UX Research, Design, and Product.
• Product team processes (30 min): On this session we could crack topics like: • How to build trust and transparency with team members and stakeholders; • How to define roles, impact & expectations; • How to organise team work in the best way for your unique team context.
• Career boost (30 min): Let's talk how you can improve your presence in the team and organisation. How-to build cross-functional collaboration, how-to work with metrics, establishing processes, workflows, experiments and approach for user-research in your team. We discuss your current state at org, define points of growth and actions to improve you as a professional and also bring value to the team.
• Design portfolio & CV review (30 min): We'll review your CV and design portfolio and as result you will get constructive feedback with action points for improvements. You'll receive guidance on enhancing organising content, showing value as designer, and targeting specific audiences.
