At LonePack, I primarily focus on leading user experience research along the development lifecycle on our platform - LonePack Buddy - which aims to provide support to users in need. LonePack is a voluntary, Non Governmental Organization (NGO), established in 2016, with the sole motive of promoting mental health wellness and raising awareness about the prevailing mental health issues. LonePack is registered under The Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act,1975, and has 12A and 80G certifications as well.

At LonePack, we not only look at shattering the stigma and raise awareness around mental health issues, but also mobilize efforts in the support of mental health. Through our social media platforms that include Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, we encourage people across the world to share their pressing mental health issues, provide information about mental wellness, and conduct discussions about mental health care.

- Designing, conducting and facilitating accessibility research studies involving people with vision and motor difficulties.
- Leading research studies throughout the entire lifecycle - scoping and designing accessibility studies, recruiting participants with disabilities, moderating sessions, analyzing data and presenting findings.
- Leveraging usability studies, surveys, field research, diary studies, and processes for heuristics evaluation through an accessibility lens. 
- Working cross-functionally in collaboration with designers, software engineers, program manager, and technical program managers to deliver impactful insights.

- Partnered with the SolidWorks R&D team to redesign the homepage and login experiences of the 3DContentCentral website. 
- Performed user research and facilitated usability studies for SolidWorks xDesign as well as analysed data and presented findings.
- Conducted Accessibility Audits and created Accessibility Conformance Reports(VPAT v2.1) for SolidWorks Web Products: SolidWorks, MySolidWorks, AppsForKids and 3DContentCentral. 
- Performed user assistance research for SolidWorks xDesign. 
- Improved readability of user interaction pages and suggested measures for accessible designs for MySolidWorks.

- Designed and conducted usability studies on assessing the usefulness of simplifying Microsoft Word ribbons to make it accessible to all. 
- Conducted foundational research on people with cognitive disabilities to understand their needs, assistive technology use, and gaps present in their current AT usage. 
- Conducted a literature review on reading and text comprehension for people with dyslexia. 
- Designed and developed accessibility strategies for the GPII DeveloperSpace MasterList.
- Led and managed research studies on how effective social activities are towards the longevity of people with disabilities and the older generation in general. 
- Developed an algorithm for implementing two-factor authentication systems suited for use by people with disabilities for the Global Public Inclusive Infrastructure(GPII). 
- Researched and developed a prototype of a keypad that included shortcuts to most common actions on a computer for use by people with motor difficulties to improve ease and reliability of communication technologies. 
- Digitally curated the GPII Unified Listing website in bringing together information from around the world on products and solutions for providing access to information and communication technologies.

- Gathered business requirements based on interactions with clients on a daily basis.
- Performed user need-finding analysis, conducted interviews and surveys to identify issues faced by the clients.
- Collaborated with developers and program managers in running sprints and brainstorming new features. 
- Introduced design level changes on the flagship software T24 to provide better user
experience and support.
