- Optimising of processes (30 min): When you have impression that not everything in your work goes so fast as it should - we can have a quick look at what and how you are doing and think over how to optimise it
- Optimising daily office tasks (30 min): if you are overhelmed with too many emails and task - we can talk how to optimise your work using tools available in microsoft365 or other task managers . We can check how looks your day like, and discuss how to manage your tasks.
- conflict resolution (30 min): if you are now is interpersonal conflict which you would like to solve, we can discuss what is possible. I will ask you to explain background and as coaching we will try find how to solve. Majority of conflicts come from missunderstandings. the truth is usually somewhere in the middle of the way.
