Selected Achievements: Designed a unique effective framework for Cultural Infusion by combining Kanban methodology and the evidenced-based management (EBM) framework. Led 5 organizations and 10+ teams to deliver their value at the right time and place by implementing the Scrum framework. Produced a podcast on agile topics with ~5000 Persian listeners within 2 years by producing 30 episodes.
I have more than five years of experience as a Scrum Master in various industries, such as IT & services, software development, and video game development. I became interested in agile methods when I faced the challenges of managing a complex video game project as a Project Manager. I realized that traditional project management was not effective for our team, which had many ideas but limited resources and collaboration. I learned about Agile, Scrum, and Empiricism and decided to apply them to our project. Since then, I have implemented the Scrum framework in five different organizations and received positive feedback from various stakeholders, such as CEOs, CTOs, Developers, and Product Owners. They recognized me as an expert in Agile and Scrum, a team player, and an empathic listener and persuasive speaker. I also hold several certifications related to agile methods including Professional Scrum Master (PSM I and PSM II), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I), SAFe® Scrum Master (SSM), Kanban System Designer (KSD), and Professional Agile Leadership (PAL-EBM). I help organizations improve their agility by using various frameworks, practices, and tools from the agility toolbox. I emphasize a data-driven approach to deal with complexity and uncertainty in the business environment.
