Leading the UX team focused on enhancing the user experience for a global workforce of 1.5 million employees. Overseeing the design direction for time off, attendance and pay solutions.

Leading the UX effort and research for Pricing initiatives for the entire Amazon Business (Amazon's fastest-growing business bringing in $25 billion in 2021) for more than three years, impacting directly the customer perception and the business (estimated around half-billion dollar).

Coaching and mentoring startups on UX Strategy, Interaction Design, Usability
testing, Agile methodology; helping them to better understand their customers and to define a product strategy based on their users' needs.

Founding member of Slick (formerly Belle). I played a crucial role in defining the product vision and driving its success. This innovative beauty start-up was incubated at Founders Factory in collaboration with L'Oreal with the aim of disrupting the beauty industry.

Creating and launching +200 startups in 5 years with L'Oréal, Aviva, easyJet, The Guardian, Holtzbrinck, CSC.
Helping over 15 startups within the accelerator and building products from ideation stage through to launch within the incubator by applying an human-centred approach, rapid prototyping and usability testing practices (Heuristic evaluation).

Belle project:
• Leading UX and UI by conducting initial research, quick prototyping and
testing. Furthermore, I defined the MVP, and used agile methodology to lead the team up to the million-dollar investment ( figures not yet revealed) in just 6 months. Reduced the "time to completion" per booking by 30% of the industry average and improved the usability by 60% in 2 months.

Other achievements:
• Collaborating closely with the Concept Development team to validate 6 early-stage ideas
and convert into a product MVP.
• Aeye project: Winner of IBM Watson Award at Techcrunch Disrupt Hackathon in
London 2016.

• Led UX in an Agile team and worked closely with the Product Owner and Marketing to
effectively deliver business and user requirements. Redefined the brand identity of the
company, improved the on-boarding flow and redesigned the EBO platform.
• Responsible for UX, UI, architecture information, user flows, rapid prototyping,
front-end development and visual design.
• Grow the Customer Experience practice for Ebury across devices.
• Created personas, user journey maps and competitor analysis reports.

month-on-month growth within 3 months.

•  Responsible for the Product Roadmap, Information architecture, User story mapping.
•  Conducted expert reviews, web accessibility audits, user research and usability testing
