Let's talk about finding ourselves in our career path.

I began my career as a developer but, driven by a desire for diverse experiences, I made some career transitions. Besides developer, I already worked as Scrum Master, Marketing Coordinator, Digital Marketing Manager, Squad Leader and Project Manager. I also tried to start a website development company, I opened a coffee shop and an ice cream place, all three were failed ventures, but all thought me a lot.

I was in a search for what I really wanted to do with my career, until I discovered that my answer was in the beginning. I love technology, so that is where I should be.

Currently I am a Technical Project Manager at CI&T, which means I work helping the development and product team achieve their goals.

My main skill is ensure that the product and engineering teams are aligned, that they understand each other and both have what they need to do their work. I really enjoy all the enterprise politics that goes into this.
