As the Director of Web Design of GuestCentric my main task is to ensure that our web design team delivers high impact, intuitive and efficient websites to our customers, and that the team stays ahead of the competition by taking incremental risks while staying away from long projects.

Motivate and coach a team of web designers in an agile enviroment to build high impact websites based on our accumulated experience of hotel website design. Acquire hard data from website usage, usability experiments, technology, and other innovative ideas.

Web design, developing websites and media contents (HTML, CSS, XHTML, FLASH, WP); SEO optimization for web site traffic growth; graphic design, designing brochures, business cards, presentations, etc; motion graphics, video editing; UI design (software design and mobile) and online marketing strategies.

One-2-one work. I worked as an account, as a designer, as a production designer, as a manager, as a transporter. Making briefings, beautiful designs - amazing art works, huge brand marketing strategies and customer engaging/care.

Started as a designer working most of all with university customers, designing brochures, books, flyers, folders, etc. Quickly jumped for art direction and started developing marketing campaigns, brand strategies and designing brands. Organized all work, prioritizing and distributing tasks to the team. Customer contact during the design process.

Magazine pagination & production. I had to contact very closely with printers solving last minute issues.

Was my first contact with an advertising agency, where i did my stage while studying. I learned a lot and worked very hard with Mr. Hélder Martins to achieve highest levels of knowledge about graphic design and production processes.
