•	Provide strong leadership to the Live Model Team with the ability to inspire, engage, motivate and develop the team members to create and maintain a high performing team
•	Identify and plan for future business needs that will affect Live Model Team in order to secure the capacity to properly respond to the challenges and aligned with global strategy and plan;
•	Develop, implement and follow the Live Model indicators in order to secure focus on continuous improvement of the processes
•	Ensure operational Live Model Studios control, for all items in the production flow and data collection 
•	Liaise with other departments to manage Live Model reshoots, damage, claims, etc;
•	Manage schedules and work assignments;
•	KPI’s analysis and data update;
•	Monitor all corrective actions and their output effectiveness
•	Support Digital Production management in Budget process

. Working in conjunction with the Styling Manager to define an aspirational vision for the product imagery along with a process that enables its execution within our studios;

. Working alongside with Styling Manager, consistently quality check and approve all styling and imagery on a daily basis;
. Working alongside with Styling Manager, coordinating and supervising the new categories (kids wear, shoes on live model) and also stills;

. Using the companies favoured operational methodology proactively work with the Studio Production team to adapt the production process to allow for quality whilst ensuring efficiency is maintained;

. Support the styling manager on a daily basis;

. Develop and mentor the in-house and freelance styling assistant team; coaching and supporting them to continuously;

. Work alongside Photography coordinator to maintain and develop high quality imagery;

. Ensure team KPI’s and targets are established and met.
