Matau is an AI platform for businesses, that uses machine learning and natural language processing to analyze complex data.  An AI tool for instant retail data analytics (BI) and insights.


Key responsibilities:
Actively involved and engaged with C-level leadership to design and foster the overall value proposition and user experience strategy.
Collaboration and engagement, incorporating the insights into actionable product decisions.  
Developing and implementing CX strategy, understanding customer needs and expectations by continuous discovery and research activities, and developing strategies to meet and exceed these expectations.

Snapp is the pioneer provider of ride-hailing mobile solutions in Iran that connects smartphone owners in need of a ride to Snapp drivers who use their private cars to offer transportation services. We are ambitious, passionate, engaged, and excited about pushing the boundaries of the transportation industry to new frontiers and being the first choice of each user in Iran.

As a UX researcher on the driver side of the application, executed short-term, ad-hoc projects, as well as ongoing research programs. my portfolio of work included discovery (i.e., uncovering users' needs, attitudes, and current behaviors), iterative (i.e., informing the design of a product), and measurement (i.e., collecting summative performance metrics) methodologies for a variety of private-sector companies. I Present findings and research-backed recommendations in an easy-to-understand report to designers, product managers, and product directors. I am responsible for employing heuristic evaluations, semi-structured interviews, surveys, and remote moderated user testing to improve app user experience and usability. 

At Snapp, I also had the pleasure of being the DRI (directly responsible individual) for the usability lab in the new office.

Vgang is a dropshipping platform with a focus on vegan, ethical and sustainable products based in Portugal.
Vgang is a startup; I joined in a need finding and discovering with the CEO what user requests, needs, and expectations from the dropshipping platform.
I worked as a UX researcher at VGANG where I conducted user research to assist in product strategy, inform design decisions, and help make products that delight users. I advocate for a mixed-methods approach and use a variety of qualitative and quantitive methods to answer questions about user needs, attitudes, and behaviors to help address the various goals of our clients. On any given project I typically helped frame the client’s problem to form a list of questions we needed to answer, generated a research plan using just the combination of methods and measures to answer those questions, collected data, and then used my analysis and synthesis skills to distill the findings into actionable outcomes delivered in easy-to-understand reports.

Basalam is the first social marketplace for buying and selling products.
I joined basalam as its first UX researcher and Worked in a cross-functional team of designers, product managers, and copywriters to concept and develop practical, authentic, and innovative solutions. I conducted a series of interviews and usability tests to inform actionable insights for stakeholders.

Tiara Studio is the First UX agency in Iran.
In these years, Perform 10+ Competitive analyses on projects such as Telco carrier self-service, VOD, and online retailers. I was responsible for managing my own projects, where I used various UX methods and small-scale usability tests to generate ideas to improve our search design, testing those ideas through A/B tests and using the resulting data to inform design decisions.
