About Jennifer Liu

Data Scientist at Meta

Senior Staff Data Scientist (IC7) at Meta, with 8 years of experience across consulting and Big Tech. I lead data science for the FB Growth Ecosystem team, where I manage 7 data scientists while staying hands-on as an IC.

I've walked both sides of the career ladder: IC → manager → back to IC, and now a hybrid tech-lead-manager role — so I can speak honestly about the tradeoffs of each path.

I can help with: • Choosing between the IC and manager tracks • Leading AI transformation on a data team • Breaking into senior/staff-level DS roles & interview prep • Stakeholder communication and strategic analysis

If any of this resonates, book a session — I'd love to help.
