My personal story of growth and resilience adds depth to my mentoring approach. Coming to the US in 1997 from a small town in India, I faced initial challenges as English was my fifth language. However, with perseverance and support from my network, I overcame these obstacles and thrived professionally. This experience has taught me the value of building and maintaining professional relationships, a skill I'm eager to share with mentees.
